Lisa Arens has spent more than 35 years in customer service — from her career as a travel agent to her work as an independent insurance advisor. She's seen nearly every situation a client can face, and she brings a relationship-first approach to every conversation.
When she transitioned from travel into insurance, she brought that same philosophy with her: understand what each person actually needs before recommending anything.

A California native who grew up in Anaheim and has called Huntington Beach home for nearly 30 years, Lisa built her client base across Orange County specializing in supplemental and voluntary benefits.
Joined Sean to build a family-owned agency with the depth to handle complex situations and the personal service of a boutique practice.
Sean Arens has an unusual background for an insurance professional: before entering the industry, he spent years in aerospace manufacturing as a Production Manager at Zodiac Aerospace — a business where precision isn't optional and failure has real consequences.
He took that operational discipline into insurance, spending over a decade with Aflac (including as a District Sales Coordinator) and later as VP of Sales at Opportunity Insurance Agency before committing fully to Arens Insurance Services in 2025.

What makes Sean unusual in the insurance world isn't just his sales leadership experience — it's the 5 years he spent before insurance, at Zodiac Aerospace, turning around a production line that was failing by nearly every measure.
